This is something new I want to do. This idea came to mind when I was trying to sleep. So I did some research and it looks like I wasn’t the only one who thought of it lol. But that’s OK, because I didn’t see it when I thought of it, so I’m going with it.
Each Wednesday I am going to post something that I seen off of Pinterest. I am ADDICTED! I am trying new recipes, crafts, etc. So each Wednesday I am going to show you what I am trying to accomplish and what I actually accomplished! Even if I #FAIL at it!
I hope others will join me and we can continue to bring some awesome pins from a trending website, Pinterest!
I welcome anyone to share their websites with any Pins from Pinterest that you have shared on your blog.
I have done a few pins in the last couple weeks but I want to make them spread out. So I will talk about a recipe I found off of Pinterest.
It’s called CREAMY CHICKEN & BROCCOLI CASSEROLE
This is what the photo looks like that I saw off of Pinterest;
Mine didn’t look like this, but it did taste AWESOME!
My kids all loved it.
The link directed me to a blog called Pearls, Handcuffs and Happy Hour
I wish mine looked as good as this, perhaps I need to learn how to take better pictures LOL.
But this recipe was absolutely great!
She served it with rice but we don’t like rice very much so I used Angel Hair pasta. It was GREAT! Very filling.
It’s really easy to make and takes very little ingredients.
3 chicken breasts, cooked & shredded
2 cans of cream of chicken soup
1 cup of mayo
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup colby & monterrey jack cheese
1 bag frozen broccoli, thawed and chopped
salt & pepper to taste
(To get the whole recipe, please visit her site HERE)
But if you love chicken, and you love broccoli, you NEED to try this if you haven’t already.
Honestly, you can throw more spices into it and it would be great, too.
Here’s how mine came out. Not the prettiest, but still very YUMMY!
This is definitely worth the RE-Pin!
If you happen to try this recipe, please let me know your thoughts!
This is only the FIRST Pinning Wednesday post. I promise they will get better. I would love to hear your thoughts about this idea and if you’re willing to join with me! I’d be more than happy to link your blog if you’d like to team up.
