We made the switch to a more natural toothpaste a couple of years ago when our son was old enough to start brushing. It’s amazing what having a child does as far as educating you on what you are consuming each day. We have tried a few brands and rotate through those depending on where I am shopping that specific week that I need to pick some up. Some really good ones are made by Kiss My Face and the best part is they are affordable. Some of the organic and natural toothpastes are crazy expensive!

Kiss My Face manufactures natural beauty and personal care products. They sell much more than toothpaste including soaps, shaving creams, mouth rinse and much more. We’ve switched to a lot of organic and natural products in our home and Kiss My Face is definitely on the higher end side but without the high prices many of the other products in this class cost.

Two new toothpastes have been released by Kiss My Face including the Triple Action Fluoride version and Fluoride Free. Also available are the Whitening version, Whitening with Fluoride, Sensitive and Triple Action Gel.

Triple Action Toothpaste has some great benefits:
-Made with xylitol which fights cavities naturally.
-Zinc citrate allows for tartar control.
-Paraben free, no artificial colors or flavors. This is usually the selling point for me.
-Olive leaf extract and tea tree oil freshens breath and keeps your gums healthy.

Each toothpaste sells for generally about $5.95. You can usually find them in whole food stores or supermarkets that have a decent sized organic section. If you can’t find any locally you can shop online at www.kissmyface.com.

We are fans of these toothpastes. We’ve found some of the other products we have tried have very strong flavors which my son doesn’t like much or they don’t leave your mouth feeling clean enough. Kiss My Face products are just right and work great for our whole family.
