Adults/Parents Posts

Tribe Hummus is a great option when wanting to snack on something tasty but still maintain a healthy heart. Hummus is made with chickpeas, which can help lower the risk of heart disease.

Tribe Hummus offers a variety of all natural culinary-inspired flavors that are free of artificial flavors, trans fats, preservatives, hydrogenates oils and high-fructose corn syrup.”

As I sit here writing this post, my two “big” girls (ages 3.5 and 2) and I are eating delicious Tribe Hummus.  We love all of the flavors and eat hummus as a snack, as a part of a meal, and as a condiment.    We love spreading it on sandwiches, dipping carrots into it and enjoying our hummus with pita chips.   It is a great healthy food that is kid friendly and is so convenient to boot!

Okay, you get the point.  Tribe Hummus is good and good for you!  (Now I am going back to enjoying mine :)

Take care of your heart :)
