Simplisse Breast Pump Review and Giveaway

If you have ever used a breast pump you can feel the difference just by watching! I sure did! Even before I tried it.
Here is what I found out after using the Simplisse Breastfeeding Companion for two weeks (besides teh fact that it is beautiful compared to most breast pumps):
Pros:
- Very gentle! There absolutely was no tugging or pulling. It was great!
- Has stand to hold the breast pump upright before or after pumping.
- Efficiently pumps.
- Great price and you can find it at a lot if your local stores.
Cons:
- Washing: 9 Step Disassembly and a 14 Step Assembly ~ that is right FOURTEEN! A bit complicated compared to my double pump that I am use to and a bit taunting for a mom of two under 1.5 years. It has become second nature after the first two times though! Luckily, the directions are great and easy to follow.
- Angle of my wrist to hold the bottle and pump was uncomfortable to me at first, but now I have made adjustments to my posture (like sitting up straight!) and it is comfortable enough.
- Takes me longer than my electric pump ~ but I believe all manual pumps would.
Overall, I like the Simplisse Breastfeeding Companion as a manual pump and would recommend it (along with their very helpful company.) They answered with all of my many questions (I am a first time manual pump user!) I still prefer my electric pump, BUT their Double Electric Breastfeeding Companion is coming out this summer! I am VERY excited for it!
There website is great. There is lots of useful information and useful information attached right to the images. (It does a cool popup type of thing that I loved). Simplisse also has many wonderful products. Look for reviews on some of the products in the coming days.
