King Arthur Flour Review and Giveaway

Holiday baking is officially underway at my house! I had the opportunity to try some King Arthur Flour White Whole Wheat flour and Gingerbread Cookie & Cake mix.
First, let me start by saying that it’s harder to review flour than I thought it would be. The flour worked well and my recipes all turned out well, but I made cookies. I wish I would have tested the flour in a cake, since I think the type of flour would make more of a difference. That being said, I have heard so many other great things about this flour that I saved some for my homemade pie crusts next week. I am thrilled with the ease at sneaking in whole wheat unnoticed!
Now, the gingerbread mix, that’s another story. I have made my own gingerbread cookies before and they were awesome. So, I had high expectations for these. They did not disappoint. I made them with my daughter and the directions and ingredients were so easy for us to do together. Plus, we kneaded the dough by hand, which allowed for some messy fun together. My regret here is that I didn’t take any pictures since they were all gone in 36 hours!
