VIVA Towels is my favorite paper towel to use, Why you may ask? No paper towel can soak up Fried Chicken grease like VIVA Towels. In the south we are very close to our food and the perfect paper towel is needed for all those family dinners. I’ve even used Viva Paper Towel to strain a busted tea bag out of my tea. Yes, it is very strong, it did a great job on that one.

VIVA Paper Towels can soak up a 2yr old spill, which happen quite often, no problem. VIVA is soft enough when we just recently had a cold kids & myself we used it for runny nose when we ran out of tissue. Hey mom was sick too, the store is not around the corner, and why not they are soft and strong. I know, I shared a little to much details.

So when my husband works on the vehicles he comes gets my VIVA Paper Towels. He likes that they are strong and they soak up great too! Usually when he is bleeding the brakes and changing the oil. I tell him to get his own.

Tzatziki with Crudites

Prep Time:5 min
Level: –
Yield: 2 1/2 cups

Ingredients

4 cups lowfat yogurt
1/2 cucumber, seeded and chopped
1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
1 garlic clove
2 1/2 teaspoons hot sauce
Juice and zest of 1/2 a lemon
salt and freshly ground black pepper
Crudites platter
Directions
Line a layer of VIVA® towels inside a fine mesh strainer and place the strainer in a bowl. Pour the yogurt into the strainer, cover with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator overnight to drain. The yogurt should reduce in volume by half and will have a very thick consistency.

Place the yogurt, cucumber, mint, garlic, hot sauce, lemon juice and zest in a food processor and blend until smooth. Taste and season with salt and pepper. Transfer to a bowl. Refrigerate at least one hour before serving on a crudites platter.

Presentation Tip:
When serving the Tzatziki Sauce on a platter with crudites: Fold and dampen a VIVA® towel and place it underneath the bowl you are serving the Tzatziki Sauce on the platter. This will prevent the bowl from sliding around.
