Kikou review

As a mom of a two year old and one on the way life gets well a little messy to say the least. I am always looking for new ways and ideas to keep my clothes clean. I didn’t have to look very far then the new Kikou from Clam the Crazy. The Kikou (Japanese for armor and pronounced kee-koo) is a stylish, machine-washable wrap that protects your clothing, your modesty (makes a great nursing cover), and your rep. I was a little nervous to use the wrap because it was so pretty, but I braved it all and brought it to work at the daycare. I was really excited when I asked one of our nursing moms to try it out. She took one look at it and said oh my I am so getting one. (which she has) Just take a look at how pretty the Kikou is.
As someone who is about ready to have a baby I can tell you I love all the functions of it being modest! Nursing your baby is a very special time and to be able to still look at your little one while you nurse is great.
Now the Kikou is just not for nursing moms take a look at how my sister used it when she was feeding a bottle to a baby.
Now I used it when I painted with my son, I loved how it even covered the baby belly, which women we know is hard to do. I also tried it cooking and found I liked it better then an apron. Now ladies one wonderful feature is that the Kikou is 100 % washable! That’s right it can be thrown into the washer! Honestly they have thought of everything with it! Baby Genius Review and Giveaway

Being a mom of a two year old our house is filled with tons of different toys, that Logan loves at first then not so much. I always try to find some type of toys that help him learn as he thinks he is just playing! I have found that I love the Baby Genius toy line as every toy they make helps your child learn!
I was lucky enough to review the baby genius Adventure Train Set, and the baby genius board book set. The Adventure Train Set is a wonderful train made for little hands and fingers. One thing that I found so neat about the Adventure Train set was that the pieces are very easy to put together. We have brought many different train sets into our home, but this one honestly was so easy to play with. You can create any shape track you want. Figure eights, circuits, lines; you name it, this track can be configured in that way. Logans favorite way to play is in the figure eight pattern. One thing that I love the most is that it requires Logan to move the train pieces himself. As parents we all know that one way to get motor skills installed in your kids life is to make them push and pull toys themselves.
The Baby Genius Sing-A-Long Board Books are a great way for parents and kids to interact with one other. From the sing a long style to the fun picture these book are great. There are four books in the set each song can be downloaded for free from the baby genius website! The four different songs are
• 1 Little, 2 Little, 3 Little Elephants
• The Wheels on the Bus
• 5 Little Monkeys Jumpin’ on the Bed
• Old MacDonald Had a Farm
Logan personal favoirt is 5 little monkeys jumping on the bed! We sing and read that book everyday! One more nice thing about the board books, are they are great at church and in the car.

I love summer time, when you can spend all day outside playing in the kiddie pool, and most of all sitting in the shade letting the breeze cool you off. Logan loved this chair and we keep it inside and he loves watching his favorite show in his chair. When we play outside he is always pointing to his chair to bring it outside. Just take a look at him and how much he loves he Kids Chair!
All I can say is that Kids Chair Worldknows how to make there chairs! I have had no problems at all with the chair. Not only do I have a little boy who loves his chair, but I can say that I also have happy mom and dad who loves Logans chair as well. This beach chair comes in three colors baby blue, purple, and yellow. So think there is a beach chair out there for each one of your little ones!

Fine Doodle review and giveaway

How many of you have a little artist someone who draws all the time. Well I know that I have many in my family. My son is already showing signs of being an artist because of how much he loves to color and paint. Well I was lucky enough to find a wonderful website called Fine Doodle that takes your child’s art work and turn it into a masterpiece!
Now you may be asking yourself what is Fine Doodle? Well here’s your answer! A Fine Doodle is an acrylic painting based on your child’s original drawing. Send us your child’s artwork and we will reproduce it in vibrant, hand-painted acrylic on canvas. The child’s drawing will be returned with the finished product. Each painting comes with a Certificate of Authenticity featuring a copy of the child’s drawing, the child’s name and age, the title of the piece, the date, the artist’s signature, and a place for the child to sign. Printed on 8.5″ x 11″ card stock.
Now I asked my best friend to send me a picture that her daughter the artist drew! Just take a look at the before and afters!

Think this would make a wonderful mothers day gift! Have your little artist draw a picture for mommy and be able to give it to her for Mother’s Day. As a mommy I know I would love that!

I love getting pieces of Jewelry that do not only look beautiful, but have a wonderful meaning behind the piece. Well I was so happy when i got the chance to review Life Verse Jewelry. Life Verse makes everyday jewelry items that have a meaning behind each one. Each item is made for you. Not two are alike unless you order one like someone Else’s. How neat is that to know that your Life Verse piece was handmade with you in mind! When you go to Life Verse website you are flooded with many different items. Then you look deeper at each piece of jewelry and you know that you have found a truly wonderful place to shop for your loved ones.
I love the story behind how Christian the owner of Life Verse started the company. “
Holy Bracelets Company was established in 2006 by Christine Smith, Christian Jewelry Designer and Christian Mom. Christine wanted to remember her favorite life verse, a scripture verse that she carried in her purse, pasted on her mirror and marked in her Bible. Unable to remember the verse reference, Christine invented the exclusive Bible Verse Memory Bracelet collection. Christine’s Christian friends were asking her to create beautiful bracelets with their own life verses so they too could remember their favorite sayings and scripture. Each friend wanted a different verse, different color, and different charm so each personalized bracelet became unique to the woman who wore it. Now being a Christan women who goes to church every Sunday I was so happy to read ho God fearing Christine is.
I had a very hard time choose what bracelet to review, but I looked over the website about 15 times when I found the awareness section, as soon I clicked on it I knew right away what i would be getting.

The reasoning behind those three words would be because when you lose someone close to you, you can always remember that families are forever!
