From Parents Magazine…Yummy Peanut Butter Balls!

• 1 1/2 cups  powdered sugar
• 1 cup  creamy peanut butter
• 5 Tbs.  unsalted butter, softened
• 1/2 tsp.  vanilla
• 2 cups  chocolate candy melts
• Valentine sprinkles

Directions
