• the ones that I have tried are very tasty (and the rest look delicious as well)
• recipes for generic xenical online appetizers, sides, desserts, breakfasts and main dishes are all included
• lots of helpful tips are given throughout the book
• healthier than prepared frozen meals and take out
• very clear directions

Cons:

• I wish that generic xenical online the recipes in each section had a little code so that generic xenical online you could quickly find out which ones are freezable and generic xenical online which ones are not
• Lots of Mexican variations (not that I don’t love Mexican, but I a generic xenical online want a greater variety of things in my freezer to choose from)

Overall, this book is incredible helpful in planning our busy lives.  If you haven’t tried meal planning, this generic xenical online will make starting out much easier.  (Meal planning has been a great $ saver for us.  Without using coupons, shopping sale items and going to multiple stores ~ we have saved on average $60 a week.  That is about how much food we were throwing out each week!!!!  Now we just plan ~ chicken one night, chicken salad or generic xenical online salad with chicken for the lunch the next day.  Pork tenderloin tonight, pulled pork frozen for generic xenical online later or dinner later in the week, etc.)
