I am just going to take a few and rant for a minute.
I am SO extremely ticked off I can’t see straight!
So my credit sucks right…So I have to get a pre-paid credit card to get anything online. Which is fine, I actually would rather have that then a credit card anyways.
So I go to Wal-Mart this morning to get one of their pre-paids add $100 on it. I am trying to get a Go-Phone from AT&T the one you can do with a plan but no credit checks..
Well, I call to verify this stupid card and of course you have to talk to a stupid autimated thing to enter all your information and my kids in the background screaming, and you have to actually TALK into the stupid thing, so this takes forever to do because it kept picking up my kids voices and getting confused.
Well, FINALLY I talk to someone…This is no offense to anyone but it really irgs me when I can’t understand them! I have to listen carefully PLUS try to quiet my hyper kids in the background to understand what it is she is saying.
OKAY FINALLY – My SSN! So why they need this IDK since there is no credit check, but I guess it’s to verify who you say you are or whatever…okay WHATEVER!
So I give them my SSN I have used since the day I was flipping BORN!
Yes, I am married and YES I have had my named changed on my SS card! So with my last name to Carr they said they can’t verify my name with my SSN…WTF!?
I filed my taxes and the IRS took my last name and SSN just freaking fine!
I am on the verge of tears on the phone because she told me it would take 7-10 days for me to receive a CHECK for my $100 back. A Check! 7-10 business days! WHAT!? I can’t freaking wait that long…Do they even know how hard it is for someone who barely scraps money off their butt to come up with a $100 in the first place?
So I am so ticked, this makes NO flippin’ sense to me.
So my husband told me to call back and talk to a supervisor…After being on hold for 10 minutes, the person who can’t speak plain english told me their supervisor would have to call me back at SOME POINT today. OMG!!!!
My hormons are all over the place and I am just in tears. I mean something SO easy has turned out to be so difficult. They also told me that the account was blocked because my SSN didn’t match my name.
I am just so angry right now. I am going to call the SS office here when I calm down, but really! I filed my taxes 2 months ago and my number was JUST FINE. UGHHHHHH!!!
Anyone else EVER had this much of a problem with this kind of junk?
Okay, so my last name DOES IN FACT match my SSN, so now I am even more ticked off then ever before.
Wow…This is one fantastic day & it just started!
I so wish I could crawl back in bed
